i am so upset with dhl,i do not know what to say.i have paid for custom duty for shipment track number 2453781304 and up to day the payment has not been sent to dhl account in Lusaka Zambia.the customer service advisor for dhl zambia tried many times talking to one person and to another in saudi and all you say is we will transfer the money.when its almost a month now and you still transfer money,i payed 1500 riyals ,this is not my first complaint for the same shipment.now i just called this number 038827777 and all the do is put me on hold till the phone cut.you have the o.r j9178888.
