My complaint is that i experienced lot of inconveninence when using the ATM. My ATM card is always struck when i am using and damaging the frequently. And my transaction is collapsed. I used an ATM machine which is at shankaranpalayam, vellore to withdraw money of rupees. 1000. The amount of Rs. 1000 has been credited from my account. But i did not receive the cash from the machine. This happened to me last month. I contacted branch manager. But i did not get any solution for my complaint.
