yesterday, I made an ad on the website with adult entertainment escorts at a $19 for the sponsored ad and for some reason when people would pull it up it would only show one picture however I had uploaded eight maybe even more pictures when I made the ad and then also another issue with ad was the contact info because I made it with somebody else's account even though I put my phone number in it somehow they were calling the owner of the account phone instead of mine and so I didn't get any calls barely and all my clients were confused I'd like a refund for yesterday's post due to the inconvenience and because my clients were unable to see my photos I would like you to either refund the $19 back to my credit card or somehow allow me to repost my current ad again for free as many times as I can to equal the same amount $19is that possible.

I placed an add on Phoenix backpage and realized it was in the wrong section and was not able to modify this in edit mode. I e-mailed them through there contact us option filled it out and asked to post in the correct section or refund my $$ 12. 00. I never got a response, but noticed the add was removed period and not put in the right section so after 30 minutes of airtime in the wrong section my add was removed and i am out 12.00 for nothing i have e-mailed three more times over two days and have not gotten one response from the lame ass customer service!
Just straight ripped off and not even a thanks for the money sucker e-mail.
