I did not receive my Data(FreeMe) for R399 and the online "Where is my 8ta airtime?" does not accept the proof of purchase "PDF" attachment. This is silly. Can someone help please. Also there is no helpline telephone number.

I had a contract with Telkom mobile which I ended in February 2017 and I was told that I need to send cancellation letter which it expired. At the end of February I went to Telkom offices in east gate and they gave a form to complete for cancellation of the contract. The forms were faxed and only given a proof of fax. I was told that the last deduction will be the end of March 2017. To my surprise Telkom still continue to debit my account on monthly basis. I have to reverse the money. I no longer use the SIM card since the contract expired. Telkom need to stop debiting my account since I have cancelled as per their request when the account expired. I no longer even know the CELL PHONE NUMBER OF TELKOM. Kindly stop debiting my account and cancel. I can be contacted on this number 0736128296. I have reported this to Telkom and the reference number/ case number is 21346358.

Since May 2017 I use 081 552 4118. I buy Free Me Bundle of 1GB at R99 monthly and my 1GB All network Data never last, but my 500MB data for whats-app do. Worked well for five months. On 8November I bought Free Me Bundle at R99. On the twelth I checked my balance I saw whats-app data is still 500MB even while using whats-app. 19November I realized its still 500MB and knew it's wrong. It's still on 500MB although 28November my All Network data got depleted and whats-app stopped working. I phoned 081180. Either starting time or end time of:
*1st call on the 28th was 09:39 for three minutes 35 seconds. *2nd was at 09:44 for 37 minutes 13 seconds
*3rd at 10:22 for 29 minutes 25 seconds
*4th at 11:52 for 11 minutes 53 seconds
*5th at 14:54 for five minutes 11 seconds
*6th at 16:10 for 11 minutes 37 seconds,
and my whats-app is still not working. The call center had me change phone settings which did not work. I was trying to talk to a supervisor, with no success. I need your assistance. Liza.
