Mr. Prithi Chand Rana On Phone To All Nippon Airways Service
I want to bring your notice that i, Prithi Chand rana along with my wife smt. Santosh Kumari Rana traveled from new Delhi to San Francisco via Tokyo by flight number nh – 918 (from new Delhi to Tokyo) and flight number ua 0838/nh – 7012 (from Tokyo to San Francisco) on 11th march 2015. at the time of ticket booking, we had given our choice for Jain Hindu veg. meals, as we do not take any non-veg. item in our meals. from new Delhi to Tokyo, they served us the food of our choice. but, from Tokyo to San Francisco (seat nos 58d and 58e), to our dismay, they served us the packets of the non-veg meals, while they had served the veg. meals to two Sikh passengers sitting behind us. we feel really sorry for your services. next, we would start our return journey on 9th June 2015 by the same airlines and via same route. can you please tell us whether the Jain Hindu vegetarian meals would be available to us or not?
