Every few days I receive an email offer to bid on an upgrade for a flight Sept. 20 from MEX to FCO. My Reservation Code: FEMUX. I would love to bid on an upgrade. Four different times I have entered all the information and my credit card. After agreeing to terms and continuing, I received this message: "We are unable to process your request at this time. "

Travelled to Rome from the US on 5/20/2017. Arrived and discovered luggage not there. Filed claim, told us they would reimburse us for clothing and items needed. Luggage finally delivered on 6/1/2017, the day before leaving for the US. Submitted claim in June 2017. It is now November 2017 and they have refused to reimburse us for what we spent. Claims are only handled via email and it leads to frustration and the feeling they are ignoring you. Strongly recommend to NEVER EVER fly this airline as THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER

I took AZ 603 om May 22. I was booked in economy. I have a gold Delta Amex card to I checked in on the Priority Line. The young man checking me in was very nice and offered me a Comfort Seat for an extra $95. 00. I thought it was a good idea. However, he never explained to me where the seat was located. It ended up being an aisle seat across from the lavatory and next to an infant child That is certainly not my idea of "comfort". I strongly complained the flight attendents and they were very helpful in getting me another seat not the "comfort" section. I feel the man at the checkin counter stole my money and took advantage of me. I am requesting a full refund of my $95. 00.

Alitalia lost my luggage. I filed a complaint on 11/17/14, They processed the claim and said they were sending a check on 12/10/14. Three weeks later, I sent a series of emails and phone calls trying to find out where the check was with no response from Alitalia. Finally someone replied and promised that I would get the check within seven days or ten at the latest. It is now 15 days since that promise and still no check and no follow up and no response to my requests for information.
