Ms. Mrs Denise Barton On Phone To Archos Tablet Service
I first purchased my Archos 101 G9 Tablet in July 2012 After only 4weeks it would not charge and was returned and satisfactorily replaced. In July of this year 2013 the same problem occured and my Tablet was once more sent away and replaced. Now after only three months the same problem has arisen As a guarantee of only three months was given and expired 12 days ago I am very dissapointed in your product. Surely as a new replacement a guarantee of 12 months should apply If I cannot return my tablet for a replacement because the guarantee has expired I will obviously purchase a new one, but it certainly will not be an Archos model as you must agree three faults on three devices is surely unacceptable. I await your reply with interest.
