Dear Sir
I bought a 2014 Audi A3 saloon and in September 2017 a number of lights went out in the boot lid cluster. After checking that the bulbs were working I brought it to Audi Ireland Dublin North. On examination I was told that some of the wiring loom was kinked and broken and was charged €850 to have it fixed. This car has been serviced by this same dealer and has ONLY 19000 Kls on the clock. As this was a none serviceable item buried within the body of the car I feel the cost should have been bourn by Audi. Having complained to the their reply was basically " HARD LUCK" do not annoy us.

I bought a new Audi Q7 model 2016 on 1st June 2016 from you agent in Oman (Watayyah Motors), but realized it has defects the second day. I contacted the agent several times to complain about the defects including reversing camera and rear curtain. However the agent kept on postponing my case until 11th July 2016 (i. E. More than one month from the 1st complaint) who asked me to send the car to the workshop. Although initially they told me it will take only couple of hours to do the repairs, but they spent three days until I got irritated and went to file an official complain to our Public Authority For Consumer Protection PAFCP. As I did not spend about US $70, 000 for a new car to be left at workshop. I strongly recommend you to consult your Oman Audi agent and make a paradigm change in its organization if you want Audi reputation not to degrade further as it is already at very low levels. I have booked Audi Q3 Premium by paying entire agreed amount in December 2015 through your dealer Audi West in Mumbai-India. Delivery was promised in second week of January 2016. Till date we have not received the car. The dealer has defaulted and Audi India is trying to resolve the matter. Process is very slow and spoiling Audi's reputation. Request to intervene and ensure a satisfactory relief for your customer at the earliest.

it is mistake of Audi not normal after 80000 km my car consume lot of oil


if you do not accept the mistake thinking that I'm going to court, and put Audi in the newspapers that other people see that this is not a good car

It is a great shame for the company that is going on after 70 -80000 km wit car, good maintenance is done regularly

Dear Sir/Madam
I am an owner of an Audi A4 2013 model in Egypt with only 53, 000 km on it. I had my service done not more than 3, 000 km. I was on a high way a couple of days ago when the car gave me this message :stop engine and check coolant level". I stopped the car immediately and let it cool down for a while then turned it on again. It was fine for three minutes then the sdame message appeared again so I stopped again waited for a while then tried to turn it on again, but it wouldnt start. My car has been at audi service here in Egypt for three days now and still they have noit given me a diagnosis This is not normal ofcourse that the car does that and I need someone to advise me to what should be done. Please consider this as an important issue, i have been in audi owner since 2009, had the A4 2009 model also. Thanks.

Hello, I have a problem with the dealer here in Egypt, i have Audi A3 2013 and got a problem that the fiber of the back chair got off, and when i asked them to solve this problem they told me ok this need a new back Chair and its not available and this will be done on the car warranty. six month later nothing happened from there side and they changed their words and told me the policy changed we wont do it on the warranty, and the peace still not available. Then i did an escalation in the local dealer escalation phone numbers they told me we will see and give you a call back. Now and after more than eight month (this was on March 2015 i still did not get anything from the escalation i did. And still this peace is not available. Finally please note that my warranty will end on the 6th of November 2015, which is two month from now and need your kind feedback as soon as possible. Please let me know where could i send some photos for the chair.
