This is for your PUV terminal. I am DISABLED with one leg because i am a cancer survivor. I am from lapu-lapu so if i have a doctors appointment in chong hua hospital where my doctors clinic is i would prefer riding a V-HIRE than a taxi cab bec aside from its cheaper i also do not like the smell of the taxi. Your policy for the priority number doesnt make any sense at all. You are a huge company, but you do not even abide to the law of making courtesy lane or priority lane. I understand there is such though, but only the person who is disabled will be priorities how about my companion You will let me ride, but not along with my xompanion. How bullshit is that? I been a disabled for six fcking years now ang everywhere i go i get prioritize. Airports, ports, fastfood, etc. I understand this is public terminal, but then again you should follow the law. You even have non attentive staff who are not helpful at all. I really hope i get a response for this.

We would suggest that Ayala Center Management to instruct their tenants to follow strictly DTI policies in giving the required discount to Señiors. A tenant selling "buddys meal" wd regular prices displayed informed us thay these itmes cannot be discounted bec they already are discounted. Please note that according to DTI, details of the original price percent of dicount give = the discounted price are required to be displayed. How will we know if these items are discounted. If the tenant's discount is lower to the 20% required discount señiors have the option to choose the higher discount. It they need to be given according to the law.

TO AYALA CEBU MANAGEMENT: Re: Señior Citizens Free Movie Access worst experience. We purchased three coke zero cans before access to free movie. The security guard confiscated all these and told us to claim them after the movie bec softdrinks in can are not allowed in Ayala Cebu Center theater bec of a previous "accident. " What are we to drink? Will Ayala Center Cebu be able to replace the inconvinience given to us by Ayala security guard? What we cannot understand is the security guard's very insulting, inefficient, tackless, very disrespectful, unprofessional way of dealing with us just bec of three cansThey are supposed to be used by Señiors while viewing the movie. Whay right do they have to confiscate them? In the very first place no "memo"/ reminder was posted in ayala stores near the theater re do's and dont's. It is very inconvenient for us to return the product have them replaced wd pastic glasses.

39% of the people in the Philippines smoke. Do you really want to lose 39% of your restaurant business? That is what the terraces are for, outside dining for smokers. All of those restaurants have smoke free inside dining. You should see the number of complaints on the foreigner forums, 90% are smokers and they are making plans to change where they go to shop and eat. Your implementation of the city smoking ordinance is not legal and needs to be fixed before you lose your customers. There need to be smoking allowed zones for every business to comply with ordinance 1985.

City Ordinance 1895 prohibits smoking cigar, pipe and other tobacco roducts in non-smoking or smoke-free establishments such as cpommercial establishments, entertainment centers, educational and learning centers, religious and places of worship, government and public offices, vanity, fitness, health and medical centers and other areas or zones whether publicly or privately owned, which are especially designated as non-smoking zones by the management or by the city. Section four of the ordinance also mandates non-smoking establishments to designate a smoking zone within its confines and provide exhaust or smoke ventilators and cigarette butt receptacles.
