Purchased a Barnett whitetail hunter str on August 29 2019. Could not assemble due to riser and stock two different designs. Obvious a packing error. Called and they said send pics. Did and now November 18 2019 no answer. Got my money and now don, t bother us. The worst customer service I have ever got and this is saying a lot. Stuck with something that is worthless and nowhere to call or contact that will get me a response. This is my five th Barnett and the last EVER. Next bow I will check out the customer service first. Went hunting using my Barnett Crossbow Vengeance a big bang and the limb broke when I was carrying the crossbow if I was carrying it in my right hand and not my left I believe it would of tore my arm wide open, sent the crossbow in they can not fix it because they stopped making that bow, I am thinking because of a safety issue, they said they would send me a new crossbow the newer model Revenge here I sit after five phone calls and waiting about 45 min. Each call for them to take me off hold, Hunting season is almost over have a hunting trip planned for tomorrow and no crossbow I am really PISSED. I just got off the phone with then I might as will talk to the wall. Barnett get your act together you are loosing me as a customer and many other people I am going to talk to about my experience with Barnett.

I bought my grandson a Barnett buck commander 150 recurve crossbow at walmart. It came with three Easton XX75 18 inch 2216 nocked bolt's. Also has a red dot scope. I cannot find Easton 18 inch XX75 2216 nocked bolt's. What elese will work with this bow and scope? I have it sighted in at twenty yard's top dot, second dot is on at thirty three yard's. Third dot at forty three.

Recieved a Game Crusher on 12/15/15. First off it came with a cracked lense on the scope cover. Secondly I sighted it in, but never put the quiver on. I then took it hunting and the second time out taking the quiver out of the release bracket the plastic that the quick release prongs are on broke. I really like the crossbow so far, but now the quiver won't attach to the bow.

I sent my crossbow in for repair on October 20, and still no reply. This is the first season using my raptor bow. In about twenty shots sighting in, and practicing, the string popped off the cams three times After paying two times to have the string put back on($15 a pop) enough is enough Then add on the $20 shipping fee, and I'm really disgusted. Our season in Pa ends November 14, and so far, thanks to Barnett, it's been very disappointing )contact:5703095335).

Bought new jackal crossbow on Friday October 17 2014. After just four shots the string began to fray apart, after calling customer service and waiting for 30 minutes i was disconnected. I tried leaving a message for a callback several times. I still have not received any calls. Every time i call there is a huge wait time to speak to someone, apparently you do not reply to emails very often either. Yes, i tried that too. I have been using your products for years, but now i am contemplating switching as customer service must be a last resort. It's really to bad such a small thing can turn people off, and as hunting season rolls on i am without a bow and out $400. Maybe next year. Maybe a different bow company.
Same thing happened to me. Come to find out that there is string spacer that is not mentioned in the original assembly instructions that is wrapped in a sort of sticker. Apparently, this is an integral part of the crossbow and will keep the strings from fraying. I sent an email today asking for a new set of strings but haven't heard back yet and judging from your review i probably wont.
