I have a 4×20 electro scope made by your company (Barska). Its my understanding the BDC values are set for a 20" barrel. However, I have a bushmaster 16" fluted heavy barrel. What initial yardage do I sight this scope at in order to use the BDC option effectively? Also, what grain bullet the BDC option designed around? My final question is this: Is it only necessary that I range my shot then turn the BDC turret to the corresponding yardage of my shot that I'm making and the crosshairs (i have the 30/30 rifle crosshair reticle) will automatically adjust to compensate for the bullet drop rate at that given yardage value? I mailed a defective product still under warranty back to Barska in January of 2018. I submitted a request on line and received an RMA number. I followed all instructions and sent payment information with my returned product. As of today, I have not received my repaired product. I have called on several occasions to call, only to be re-routed to go on line. The person I originally emailed has a voicemail box that is continually full and will not take messages. I have also tried every other option available only to be disconnected rather than reach a live person. At this point I have not been able to contact anyone at Barska regarding the status of my product.

Received my Barska 80060 today. Sadly it did not come with a finderscope, just some type of bracket. Who do I get a finderscope from, K-Mart or Barska? It was purchased online.

This is not a complaint, it's simply an issue I need to resolve. I have a small Barska safe next to my bed to keep a pistol in. The problem? I can not get it to unlock. I never could get the finger print to work, so I just used the 1234 button code to open it. When I push the one, a read light goes on and after completing the code and latch partially clicks, but doesn't unlock. I have also tried the key to open it, but I have the same issue with the key. It turns counter-clockwise from 12 to about ten and then stops. What can I do to resolve this issue. The safe has worked fine until two days ago.
