7/7/2018 I visited the Baskin Robbins store
306451. After I noticed that half of the freezer was empty I asked why that was the case. It was explained to me that the freezer was not working properly. I mistakenly assumed that the ice cream that was out was of the right temperature and safe to eat. I was sadly mistaken. After returning home (the store was in Illinois, and I live in Indiana) I became quite ill and remained so throughout the following day. I admit that the ice cream was soft on the cone, but I ignored that problem choosing to trust that I was served a safe product. I am still not eating and I do not feel well today, but went to work just the same. I am more than disappointed I was injured by the lack of safe handling by a company, and staff that should have known better.

Today is Friday July 6, 2018 it is now 7:11pm I went to Baskin-Robbins on 8753 S Stony Island Ave in Chicaho IL. Time was 5:59:27pm Register :1 Tran Aeq. No. 3072622 Cashier Vachan S. This is not the first time I have had problems at this store. There ice cream is always soft not hard like it should be. I go in asking for a double scoop of ice cream one vanilla one chocolate in a cup in the same cup. She got real nasty and had a mouth the manger right there and did not say a word. I have been a manager in the past and I know customer come first, again I have been there in the past and the same problem very unfriendly and ice cream is soft. This is the closest to my house. I made $ 7:47 also at this location does not offer juror size ice cream or kid scoop they say they only sell one size.

I have bought a two colgate sensitive pack with offer of two ice cream. To redeem the code I went to Baskin Robbins at New Fatehpura, Udaipur, Rajasthan. The manager (Mr. Jitendra) told me that he have to ask to jaipur department for redeeming the code and the office of jaipur Department closes at 7:00 p. M. So I have provided the two code to him to redeem the same and I will be collecting the ice cream on the next day. On the next day i. E. 13 Feb 2016 I reach there and Mr. Jitendra told me today also the code redeeming is not possible because the person of jaipur department of Baskin Robbins dealing in redeeming of code is on holiday and he told me that he will call me back when code is Successfully redeemed. Thereafter he has neither called me nor he was answering my call. I am very dissatisfy with the services of one of the top brand Baskin Robbins. Please provide me solution at the earliest.

I had 2000 points on SBI credit card and I opted for Baskin Robbins and accordingly I got Baskin Robbins Rs. 600 e-voucher. I have visited every Baskin Robbins outlet in Guwahati, but none is willing to entertain it. Every outlet people is saying that there is no net connection.

I went to the jayaNagar 4th block, India Baskin Robbins yesterday. He told me that the bill was 240rs so I kept 200 on the table and was removing one more 100 note. In that time he has kept the money and started telling that i have to give 200 more as I have not paid. He was very rude. He refused to give me the store managers number as I wanted to talk to him about the confusion and see the CCTV footage. I was ready to wait, but they kept telling we will talk to him do not worry. I want to be sure about whoz fault it is so requested, but they didn't even let me talk to the manager. They told me to come the next day and meet the manager. So I left. I went back to take d bill and now the bill is 195 I do not have the time to go today so I am writing this matter to you guys. I just wanted to find out whoz aault it is so that no one is at loss.
