We do not have internet connection for more than two weeks, when i called the contact center 412 1212, they gave the same info that theres an on-going network issue in our area and the technical people is doing their best., blah blah blah same story theres no progress, calling them is just wasting time., i am really pissed off to those excuses. Globe/Bayantel please do something its very dissapointing that insident like this cannot be solved immediately, we are good client. OUR ACCT is 720241842/.
