I have been waiting for an order since February, each time I contacted BTR they told me give it another week. Now they do not answer the phones saying there is a problem with the lines and they are working on it, but please check live chat on the website, you cannot get to live chat, cant even log into your account, says service unavailable- no server. So how do I get my money back now? Looks like they have pretty much closed up shop
Is there somewhere you can stake a claim against their bankruptcy filing to make sure we get our money back?.

I ordered a pair of shoes which did not go with the outfit so I return the shoe, the credit I had, I used it to purchase a blouse it been about three months, I have not heard from B/R or see my blouse or my credit. I am customer of Beyond the Rack and i have made a couple of purchases over the past couple of years. The shipments take entirely way too long, the the tracking numbers that were provided to me were not traceable. By the time I actually get my order, it will be a different season, and I won't be able to even wear the item I ordered. When I called the customer service line to inquire, the phones were not working properly and I could not get the information I was looking for.
