Card holder 6018-8400-3010-9181 was replied to redeemed his item by 08/11/2014 as the point will expire, but yet the card was blocked and could not be redeemed. There was no toll free number to contact apart from the office number 03-76261000. The customer service should check the details and process prior calling the customer. It caused the inconvenience to customer. On top of that the company should provide toll free number service even after office hours since it is the customer related company. Nowadays customers were also not informed of their expiry dates either via post or mail. It is very uncalled for. When called again to lodge the incident on 8/11/2014 this morning, the customer service informed the customer to call instead of the other way round. It is really not professional and did not sound that friendly or trying to serve her best. Hope the management could look into this matter. Thank you.
