It was also a day for BMTLC to dream bigger and higher aims BMTLC is the first autonomous college in Bihar. The autonomy has been granted by UGC, New Delhi in the month of June, 2009. As a result of autonomy the Braja Mohan Thakur Law College-BMTLC Purnia is going to start new courses in the field of Law, Management, HR and Personality Development. As per guidelines of the UGC, the college will regulate all the academic activities like admission, registration conduct of examination, publication of result, issuance of migration and provisional certificates. Members of the Board of Management, Academic Council, Financial Committee, Board of Studies, the faculty and administrative staff have labored hard to make the college a pioneer institution in the state of Bihar.
