I traveled from Nairobi to SFO via Brussels and Washington. Upon arriving Washington my bag was missing reference SFO63794M after also missing our connecting flight as there was a delay in Brussels. It's been four days and still no luggage recovered yet. I am wondering where is my bag was it left in Nairobi or Brussels? The tag for the bag is SN 594779. Dear Belgium Airlines Team, This is the second time I am writing for a response without aknowkledgment of receipt of my request. I am writing to see if you could assist with a request regarding travel insurance. I was scheduled to fly to Belgium in May with my son Gilad. However due to a miscarriage we were unable to take the flight. I cancelled the flights and filed the cancellation with you file number is 2015064241In order for my travel insurance to reimburse me for these flights they are requesting a letter from the airline confirming the flight was cancelled without reimbursement. As this was the case I am wondering if you would be so kind as to provide the email so I can complete my claim with my travel insurance provider. My name is Philippa Ngauja bought a ticket for my mom and daughter. On the return on 1st of February 2015. On the 19th of September, i spoke to a representative about making changes for 19h of October 2013. The changes were made. I got a confirmation email of the changes. My mother went to Brussels in Freetown coming to find out that there is no information about the changes sent to them.
