My son gave me a Bulova watch as a gift, which he won from Ford motor company. The watch never did keep proper time so I took it to peoples jewelrys and the sent it out for repair. The watch is just under two years old. Warr was refused because it was a gift and I did not purchase it myself. So I agreed to have it fixed, after spending $200. 00 the watch was returned, but still never kept time. I decided to keep it anyway. Within four months the watch took on moisture. I took it to a reliable jewelry and he said the seal was broke, now I have to spend another $200. 00 to have that fixed. I cant express my total displeasure with your product. I'm wondering, in the form of customer service if I have any recourse what so ever. I thought that Bulova was a outstanding product, as of right now I have my doubts.
