I have been trying to call ohio caresource for ride transportation for hours today. The number I dialed is 1800-488-0134 all I can hear is myself in the background. Can you please help me, I cannot miss any dr appts due to I recently had a stroke. Last Friday 6/15/18 I set up transportation, got confirmation and text, still transportation did not pick me up or anything. My life is in state and I cannot miss dr appointments.

To Whom Ever it Concerns, I am a patient of Dr. Newby and have been for the past seven years. My braces have been on for approximately six 1/2 years. My concern is that when I call Dr. Newby issues pertaining to my braces she does not return my calls. My calls to her are infrequent, one to two times per year. However, when I call it is warranted. My bracket wires are puncturing the mucosa of my mouth causing bleeding and pain. The last episode occurred this week (week of March 2nd) in which I called her office two times to no avail. To make matters worse, I am a student at the University of Akron, therefore, Dr Newby and I need to collaborate on a time for me to travel to Dayton. In my opinion she is inconsiderate and unprofessional. This lack of professionalism and disregard for her patients is the very reason people seek legal action.
