I am a professional hairdresser. I have used Clairol Kaleidocolors for many years on myself an my clients I used the neutral shade. The results were perfect every time. The highlights always looked like natural hair color. I could not believe Clairol discontinued making the neutral shade of Kaleidocolors. I called Clairol before I did the next highlight on myself I was told to use the Clear Ice. I used it and followed the directions shampooed first dried my hair, no dryer, and I left it on the maximum time of 40 min. The results were strawberry not the beautiful beige pale blonde I always got with the neutral. The directions should say leave on until desired level of lift is reached while checking frequently.

For a number of years I have used root touch up shade four dark browntwo days ago I used your new packaging root touch up and had a terriblereaction please can you tell me if you have changed ingredients the product looked very different very thick.
