My husband carried coverage through Air Products, his previous employer. He continued coverage through COBRA (Conexis) for himself and my daughter from September 2017 through and continuing in February 2018. Somehow, between Air Products and Conexis, coverage for our daughter was dropped, even though he paid and continues to pay nearly $900 monthly for both of them. She was "terminated" by mistake, yet we have attempted over a dozen times to remedy this by calling Conexis, Blue Cross and Air Products (who will no longer return our calls). No one will take responsibility for the mistake and every call we are told it will be remedied, but to date it is NOT. She has outstanding medical bills from September 2017 through December 2017 that are still being rejected for "termination of coverage". Enough is enough PLEASE HELP CORRECT THIS SITUATION. My husband has paid monthly for both of them yet no coverage for our daughter? Please contact me. Thank you.

I called Conexis several times in March to pay my cobra after my previous insurance ended the last of February 2015. I kept getting the runaround untiII was finally told that my bill would be $849. 05 which I paid by electronic check on 3/27/15. It was to cover me for the month of March until my new coverage came into effect on 4/1/15. So why do you keep denying a lab bill from 3/2/15? This is for clinical pathology labs in the amount of $148. 75. I had coverage that I had paid for didn't I? If I did not have coverage on that date then please refund me my exorbitant premium since I was paying you for what I was told was existent coverage for the month of March. Trying to reach a LIVE Person is absolutely IMPOSSIBLE. There is nothing more irritating than going through five or more procedures and STILL not reaching a LIVE person. When you finally do, they can not help you and transfer you someplace else; who can not help you and transfer you someplance else; THEN they tell you it's not the right number. After TWO more telephone numbers, I STILL haven't reached a live person.
