I've tried to get a subscription set up for almost two months. No paper. No ability to access a live person on the phone. No response to my emails to the responsible individuals. If the delivery person continues to put the paper under my truck...I will cancel. if he/she can hit a 8x16 ft square. i am sure they can hit a 40x25 ft square also if properly rained. lol lmao. I can see once in a while, but 9 days in a row centered under my truck, 6 days partially, and 14 days at the edge..since I started counting...your choice
