What today i came across was not very pleasing for me or any of the customer who would have faced it. I went to do purchasing at Nex Mall today, picked two shirts and a Jeans There is currently an offer going that when you buy one other you get 50% off. I was not aware that it was also applicable for the jeans I am purchasing i did my payment and just went few steps realized that it was applicable for the jeans i purchased as well. I went to the sales guy as the sales girl who helped me with my transaction was busy I asked the guy can you help me to reverse this as i want to buy another jeans as well, out of my belief i was shocked the guy simply refused and told me this is no more possible i told him I just made the payment why cant you cancel and make a fresh receipt i not even went out of yr shop he simply replied no not possible which sounded weird to meCome on COTTONON give this much flexibility to yr buyers so that it works out well for both the partiesmy contact number is 9815 9030.

I am cotton on regular customer, but today I felling very unhappy. I look at the clothes folded on the shelves, your staff very rude and black face said to me: "cannot open anything there, I just folded the clothes. I was scared for a moment, just in front of several customers will be open and messed up the clothes, why she not scold them and just scold me. I understand that, if clothes are hanging out a sample, I opened it, this is my fault, because she had just done her job. But this clothes do not hang out any samples, and I would like to know what is the design, so I open and see. Is this my fault?I do not know the name of the staff, , but i know she is a fat girl and from cotton on jurong point branch.

Hi I am from malaysia. That day when I was about to make my payment I keyed in all my credit card number and stuff and I can sure the amount is rm276.50 on the 21 July. Then proceed, but the there's an error said it was rejected by the device manager or stuff, but later I went to check my card account, the amount has been deducted from my bank account so that means I paid already, but I have not gotten any email from cottonon bout my orders. I am not sure. Please help.
