In May, I order two sets of address labels. On May 11, I received an e-mail from Current Labels, telling me that my "items have been shipped. "
I still have not received them (10/22/17). I used the tracking number and was told that that number was not valid. I had been told that I might have to wait up to an hour to get a response; that proved to be true--only to be told that the tracking number was not valid. I paid for the items by credit card. I would expect Current Labels to either refund my money or send a new order.

I received labels 7/26. I open box and checked labels, they were not printed. Correctly. The paper should be a little bigger, my name is spelled Anntonia Franklin . My address was missing off of them. It should read like this Anntonia Franklin unit 2101 san antonio texas 78250. There was nothing in box where to send back incase it was done wrong. I can not use these. I ordered the rainbow roll of labels with the fish symbol on it. Please correct this so i can began use your labels again.

Received my labels today, 2/18/16. The name and address are correct; however, I did NOT order the Bass(20). I indicated the letter 'S' for the surname. The webpage says to use the return or exchange instructions received with the labels. There were no refund or exchange instructions in the box we received today. I submitted the order via a paper form from the newspaper ad. The city was incorrect as I entered on the form and there was no design on the label either. There is not a phone to contact your company either. I wish to return the incorrect labels as ordered and wish to have a refund as I am not confident that the order will come correctly. To Whom this may concern: I ordered some address labels and My first name is spelled wrong. I already paid for the labels. I need the correct spelling of my first name. I cannot use these address labels that I ordered. The box that the labels mailed to me had my first name correct, but the labels itself was wrong.
