It is Saturday, June 29th and we have not received a paper since Wednesday the 25th Calls to the help numbers do not provide any help. This has been going on since the end of November and no one in the Stonegate Neighborhood of Oklahoma City is being served We have to call nearly every day because we do not get a paper. Enough is enough Fix the problem before you lose hundreds of subscribers.

i no longer carry the paper due to not having time to read it everyday. two of your phone representatives called me and tried to get me to only take the Sunday and Wednesday for the rest of the year at 93% off. i agreed and they tried to place the order and it shows i am on a vacation hold. i haven't even received the paper for a couple of month. please take me off vacation hold and start sending me the Sunday Wednesday only for 93% off. my address is 10129 dover drive yukon ok 73099. thank you.

I cancelled my subscription with the Oklahoman on May 15th to be effective June one, 2015. At this time I am continuing to receive the paper. Please stop delivering as I gave ample notice to cancel before June one, 2015.

The Advertising section of your paper is being littered across lawns and driveways throughout the neighborhood. There are hundreds of unrequested, unwanted bags of trash being dumped on our lawns by the Daily Oklahoman. I have called several times to get someone to come and pick up the lawns, streets and drives with no success. This debris is washing down into and blocking the storm drains. I cannot believe there are no littering laws in OKC. Warwick and Warwick West are covered by this trash.

We have been trying through your customer service department in Oklahoma City, OK to cancel our subscription and cease delivery of same since October nine, 2014, for some reason no one is able to preform this most basic and meniscal of a task.
