I broke the pin on the strap and I was wondering if you guys could help me out with getting it fixed. I looked every where here in St. John's and cant find nothing close to put on it. Hi. I've recently been robbed, or my house was broken into I should say, and one of the items that was stolen was my all Red colored Ecko Unlmtd. Backpack. It may have been a men's bag, I'm not sure, but it was a rounded top, soft quilted bag made of some soft material mix and had two large zipper sections and inside the smaller section had pencil loops and other pockets, and the biggest section had an additional ziper pocket inside, I bought this maybe around 2004/2005 somewhere there, I AM LOOKING DESPERATELY to replace this bag, but I cannot find it anywhere online. Please can you send me a list of bookbags or direct me to where I can find backpacks that Ecko Unlmtd. Made years ago? I really loved that bag and would like to repurchase the exact all Red one if possible THANKS FOR YOUR RESPONSE, Truly, Sherree .

I have two marc echo reds and the leather is peeling off. I would like for you to make this good. These are nit cheap purses. Your customer service people only put you on hold and then hang the phone up. To be such a big name designer this is a bad way to treat your customers. I only want these two purses which are the hobo. Style to be made good.

I bought a Black MarEcko pant from Century21 in Downtown New York in Mid July 2015, after first dry cleaning, The material shrank and now it won't fit me. I own the Dry Cleaners in NJ. To whom it May concern: . My mother & I went Christmas shopping today,12/19/2014, at one of your Ecko stores in Houston,Tx. (Store #858) & we had a HORRIFIC experience @ your store!! The employees there, as well as the so-called MANAGER, were very, very rude, unprofessional, racist, argumentive, and disrespectful!!! Never in my life have I ever been to any place where I have been treated so terrible nor in such manner!! Being a customer, I would think that any employee or any store personnel for that matter, should treat their customers right or atleast in a proper manner, but that wasn't the case at all at your store!! I'm not sure if at your store they're trained to discriminate or just treat different people differently, but it's horrendous to walk into any store, spend money there & get treated & talked to like crap!! It was very embarrassing & humiliating to have an employee moreso a crappy manager talk to me & treat me so badly!!

I bought a shirt ten days ago in Las Vegas Nevada 3510 s Maryland shirt was Steiner so I came back to the store from my house the to I got another one. They didn't forgot take off the security bottom so came back to the store. For 3rd time they were trying to take off that. After many times, they can do and back to my home, but know I am seeing oh no they ripped it looks like the guys topped my shirt and they knew very angry.
