Your customer service contact line is either a sham or your customer service is very terrible. I have been trying for the past thirty minutes and i either cannot get through or am told the number dose not exist. Tried sending a message and that took forever. And i thought MTN was bad?
I need to transfer money from one account to the other, but the limit i am to work within will not be convinient, need help

I am ecobank customer who is currently residing in south africa johannesburg, i use to receive money from home through my ATM card and after some couple of months now, i have been sent money from home by my brother and when am trying to receive it through the ATM here it says your bank has declined to your request.
