Hallo I am turning to you as I do not get eny response from Croatien elektrolux center. My electric oven eyf5c50x after 5th time of use and after one houer of cooking exploded the front glass and spliterd in the kitchen. Luckely there was nobody in the kitchen. The office answer from Croation center was that the glass is not a subject of garanty and that it was our fault that it exploded with out ewen checking the owen. I tried to use it for first time at June 2018 and did not worksI called Electrolux here in Athens they took the brand new appliance to fix it on 14 June and the service department told me that they are expecting the approval to fix my new appliance. Reference 942 122 132 /02 JFC 9680 cooking hobgood afternoon from austria. two years ago we bought a new kitchen with all its features. Now we wanted to exchange the active carbon filter on the cooking hob, but it seams that it is no longer available. A very short and caress email reached us from the austrian customer care center telling us that this is not longer available and no other solution can not be offered. So i do wonder why they still sell and install them. I must agree that i am not happy with this response and if refuse an answer like that from a customer service.

I am writing from Brazil. We have an Electrolux microwave oven model ME 47X. Many of the numbers on the panel are not working and according to a technician. I called the "membrane" has to be changed. Only the membrane is not working - the panel is OK. The problem is that according to Electrolux Brazil. I have to change the whole panel. They do not sell only the membrane. Cost of a membrane of most microowaves, including some models made by Electrolux : R$ 20, 00 - about four dollars. Cost of the whole panel of that specific model : R$ 200. 00 - about 40 dollars. I do not think that is fair.
