We were at the stone rd Guelph Swiss Chalet today Sept ten at 2pm We waited over 1/2 hour after placing our order and receiving our drinks when my husband went into the kitchen to see what was going on We were informed our waiter left and went home leaving us in the lurch Not impressed and are probably through with Swiss Chalet for good This is not the first problem we have had, but will be the last.

I ordered a double leg dinner at your location 1560 Yonge St. I've also found my meals from here to done properly, but on this visit, pretty much everything seemed to be off. The chicken was dry and overcooked. The fried on the other hand were still white, obviously undercooked. The gravel was really thick, but still seemed to taste properly. The dinner roll was hard, but I'm not worried about the roll. Regards

Is it safe to leave your store-bought 'Swiss Chalet fully cooked and seasoned pork back ribs' in the refrigerator, as is, until the best before date (March 11, 2019).

11/11/2017 Ira Needles location in Kitchener. Horrible experience, and we have had this before at this location, but nothing like this. It was so bad manager gave us the entire meal free. We will never go back to this location again, owner should be ashamed to offer such poor service.
