Hello, I have two things. 1. I ordered two Entertainment Books last year and received neither one of them. I had moved last year, but the post office must have not forwarded my books. 2. I am unable to change my address without calling for assistance, however, I have tried calling on many different days (I get busy at work and run out of time)but to no avail. I must have forgotten my old address is on my account when I ordered the books last August/September 2014. I have asked to have these books replaced, but have not received a response.
