Hello. I bought a pack of men’s briefs at Walmart a few weeks ago. After being washed once one pair was coming apart at the seam in the middle (between the legs). Disappointing since they were brand new, but I just threw that pair away. Today I found another pair coming apart at the same place I can’t take them back to Walmart because I threw away the package and one pair. Can you help? I need new underwear. -again
Mark.

I bought a three pack of your men's boxer underwear in late August 2017 and lest than three months later all three are falling apart. Can you do anything for me to replace them.

I bought a pack of size nine boxer-style colored panties at Target on Balboa Avenue. I swim in rivers and oceans a lot. The problem is, the color leached out of the lavender/cornflower colored one the first time I wore it, in salt water

Just disappointed to loose the pretty color.
My leg elastic on my Fruit of the Loom womans underwear came completely off of the leg section of my underpants. I have never, ever had this happened, even on under wear that I had had for a time. These pants were six months old, and it is an obvious defect. The elastic came complete undone on my left leg approximately five inches. Surprised to have this happen as Fruit of the Loom is such a known brand. These undies were made in Vietnam. With numbers RN 13765. RFC DFL. 921106. CT1. CA 18345 L41337. The quality of goods has deteriorated severely since outsourcing our Canadian/American goods. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Hello, I purchased a pack of Fruit of the Loom boxer briefs. They were not cheap. Afew months after using them the waist band stretched beyond being able too wear them. Now they have become very expensive rags. I normally do not fuss about things. But these were not cheap What can we do?Thank you, Sean, .
June 1st 2015Hello, I have been purchasing Fruit of the Loom underwear for a long time, and for all my family. Lately, I was very disappointed when I purchased two packages of underwear for women, size eight, polyester/spandex, high-cut briefs and most of them the elastic waistband came undone in a matter of weeks. I bought them at Walmart for around 12. 00$ each. What can you do to help with this matter. Thank you from a loyal customer in Quebec, Canada.

I purchased a package of micro fiber underwear in size eight the hi-cut brief womans panties.
I like them so much i purchased another exactly the same package, and found that the side seams on several pair had not been sewn and left a hole.
I was very unhappy with them and would like a refund for the package of approximately $9. 00 or a coupon for another package paid in full.
I like the microfiber material. Just an oversight in the manufacture of the underwear.
Thank you,
Margaret cChurder

The first week of June I purchased one of your bras, style # 9501 size 42DD. I am very dissatisfied. While the bra fit well and was comfortable to wear it proved to be of very poor quality. Today, August 13, only two months later I am sitting here writing to you with scratches on the side of my left breast from a broken under wire. This wire was poking me for several hours while I was working as a preschool teacher unable to do a thing about it.
Very discouraged customer,
