Hello. Global Tel Link is having money deducted as a transaction on a monthly basis for $29. 99. I signed up for this service (which you have to do to speak to anyone in Prison.) I paid a deposit and they sent me a phone number that my family member was supposed to call and be connected to me. It never happened, I never used this service and want this charge stopped. I called them directly and was told that because I did not know the phone number they issued me six months ago they could not cancel this service. For 30 days trying to get collect calls from inmates all that comes up is you need to prepay for the calls fighting with gtl for 30 days still trying to get it removed now again called to take care of it again will have to wait and see if they did remove it always trying to blame my phone carrier for the problem they need to go to a one time pay per call not $10. 00 or $15. 00 per callthey should lower there rates like the phone companys have done like straight talk net ten and so on.

The phones at london correctional institution are really screwed up. My boyfriend calls me everyday from there and the last two days i cant even understand what he is saying. Its so muffled and in slow motion its aggrivating trting to talk on the phone. If somebody could please get these phones fixed it would be great.
