The customer support number is always full and so the call drops. I need to see the order details of the person I purchased the handgun from. I cannot even see that. The order number is 148995. I called the gentlemen and its more like a young adult and he has no ratings. He almost sounds like he is trying to obtain the money order and not mail out the gun to my FFL. That said, you can imagine I am not sending out $300 to this young person when it is his first time using gunsamerica and is wanting me to send the money order first with out him providing me at least with a copy of an ID or his drivers license. Bottom line is there anyome I can speak to regarding this matter person to person via a telephone. I also live in Miami so I can go the office if needed. Thank you and Best regards,

This is one of numerous occasions that I have tried to contact GunsAmerica. My husband and I own Shooting Innovations, and we have been trying to discontinue services with them for at least six months. They do not contact people back. We have emailed, and called to receive no assistance. In my opinion, this company is a fraud. We are so disappointed, and will never recommend, or use this service again.
