Hello,
I sent for a refund on Oct 21, 2017. I have the RMA reference number, AA88557 I also sent my receipts with explanation that one purchased May eight, 2017 quite working and the next curling iron I bought September 11, 2017 also quite working. I sent the curling irons, boxes, receipts everything I was told to send and I have never heard anything. Please look into this and get back to me as soon as possible. I would like a refund as I have had to go out and purchase another curling iron.

I have been buying Infusium23 for years, but I find the recent changes in the formula with argan oil and keratin makes my hair very oily by the end of the day. Loved this product because I could skip a day of washing my hair, but with new formula I have to wash everyday. I now use my body wash to wash hair and your shampoo as a body wash when my bottle is finished I will no longer purchase this product. Had a great product and a long time customer will no longer be a customer.

I was asked when I was called by a rep that they would send me a paid postage to send my defective hair dryer to Helen of Troy. I sent that package via Fed ex and have not heard from anyone at Helen of Troy nor have I not received the new one that I was told I would be sent as a replacement. I called Hot Tools today, and they answered the phone Helen of Troy. I spoke with a customer service man and told him about my Tourmaline Hot Tools professional curling iron and the problem that I had when I pulled out of the drawer to use it. The handle on the curling iron, Model 3110, is out of a type of rubber that is sticky. I could not figure out why it was so sticky. The curling iron is not used very often as I have been wearing my hair longer. I told the customer service man and he said yes they were aware of the problem and changed the handle, but that tough luck there is not anything they will to help with the issue. He was rude and I can not believe that a company would knowingly act this way toward a customer. I will never purchase another Hot Tools or Helen of Troy product with the attitude toward a customer. It's bad enough that you made a bad product, admit, and not help a customer.
