Good morning,
My name is Cpl Stebbins with the United States Marine Corps. Being Stationed in a town with not a lot of shopping options I find myself buying your brand of mini muffins weekly. But for the past month I look forward to opening up my delicious pack of chocolate chip mini muffins recently purchased the day prior and sadly finding the delectable snack covered in mold. I have also put in a complaint with my base commissary where I make the purchase from, but have only received an apology and told to contact you directly. This incident has occurred multiple times in just a short monthly period. And with the military income I receive it has become a hassle in my work life. I have been a longtime fan of your company and have always had positive things to say to people about your brand, but this situation is upsetting for a company as big as yourselves. I purchased a box of Hostess Mini Muffins. I purchased in Leiu of my usual brand "Little Bites". I was very disappointed. They were very dry and tasteless. The kids would not even eat them, which sent me out on an emergency run for their usual brand "Little Bites". Sure, these muffins were a little less expensive $3. 99 but, ultimately the lower cost was a total waste of money since they wound not eat them. I thought what can be the big difference as Hostess is a beloved brand. Perhaps they were a bad batch? I just can not believe that the quality would have changed so much through an ownership change. My 13 year old daughter bought 30$ she saved babysitting on fruit filled /pudding pies for snacks for the month and most were nearly empty while others were drying up we are from Canada so we must cross the boarder to purchase the flavors she likes. I am asking if your multimillion dollar company can reimburse my child by sending her a sample box of pies it would really brighten her day and teach her the value of sticking up for herself has power in words. You need to carry the Hostess Red Velvet Cup Cskes ALL the time in the stores that carry them I love them so much along with the chocolate and vanilla cup cakes for myself and my kids I don’t bake and I rely on Hostess to take care of those needs for me. So, when I went to get a refill in my Hostess Cakes today, “huh” the RED VELVET CAKES WERE GONE

Hostess had a promotion for snack cakes on Friday 8-24-18 and Saturday 8-25-18 for a price of $1. 49. I tried different Kroger stores on both days only to find out they were sold out. I tried to get a raincheck only to be told they were not issuing any. Why would you have a 'special' sale if you weren't going to make sure stores had a sufficient I do enjoy your different snacks so not being able to partake in the sale was very disappointing.
Dear Hostess Customer Service-- I am in the process of mailing a letter, sales receipt and the original box as well as the foreign object I bit into in one of your "Hostess Cherry Pies. " Thankfully this wasn't as serious as it could have been. However, I am mailing all this information to you for the purposes of looking into this serious matter and making you aware of this issue.
