I placed a complaint about my purchase of IRULU ten inch screen. It did not post. Very frustrated with product. Quit working after 92 days. Warranty good for only 60 days. It has never worked correctly. Finally it went completely out and will not come back on. What a rip off. Purchased on Amazon Prime. Should have purchased from a local store. Cannot get any help or satisfaction. I do not want to purchase another one at a discount. I want a full refund. This is a rip off.

I purchased a 10. five inch IRULU tablet on February 13, 2016 off of Amazon Prime. Never worked right. Kept shutting off while searching on the internet. As of May 15, 2016, my tablet went blank and shut off while on internet. Never came back on. Of course the warranty is only good for 60 days. I have had it 92 days. I have tried contacting IRULU without success. I emailed and rec'd a ticket number. I called number and got a recording saying to leave a message. That is it. I have no recourse. All I want it my money back so I can purchase a new one. Because of this horrible experience and loss of my money, we will never shop on Amazon Prime again. Should have bought from a local store.

Yes i just received my irulu tablet. I charged as stated no red light comes on to say battery charging it worked for approx one hour and has not worked since i keep getting a screen that states reboot etc, but that does not even work to start that. Good day, I purchased an irulu tablet for my 9 years old sister back in December 2014 for her Christmas. We were having problems with it and did an exchange where I paid $27 to replace it, this was in June of 2015. I do not live with my family because I am in the Army and stationed elsewhere. I am now learning that when the return box was sent so they can ship the damaged tablet back, they also sent the orange case for that tablet thinking they had t o send everything for that device.
