I, bought a Capita Leg on 29th /6/18I handed two payment form to the cashier and made my payment I didn’t notice that the cashier didn’t key in the payment for the capita leg and thought it was already paid. )1st mistake by the cashier)
Went to d collection counter handed the order form with receipt to him he then looked through the receipt to confirm my purchase of the item and I was given a number waited for almost 1/2 hr and went to the collection counter to check on my item and to my surprise I was told that my item wasn’t paid therefore your number was not call and was told to pay before you can collect it. (2nd mistake) I told him that why wasn’t U check my receipt and was given a number instead. )from 5mins to 45mins)
I don’t know if they are properly trained at their own department or ikea staff is trying to be nice to their customers. Thks

Hello, Yesterday 27th of January, I was to receive a home delivery between five and seven pm. It arrived at 8-30pm. When the items arrived the delivery people started to assemble them, but two of the items are damaged. The delivery people have left these items at my home and suggested that I call the customer service -, but the customer service does not pick up the phone - i have been calling constantly all day. I would like to know when IKEA will contact me about these damaged items, and when IKEA will replace them. Disappointed customer. Thank you.

My order number is HD 1533318, last Tuesday during delivery a part of the MALM bed frame that I bought was damaged. The delivery promised to come back with a replacement on Thursday. Today is already a new week, and yet the delivery did not come back. I tried calling the service number several times over yesterday and today,, but no one answered (even operator is not answering). I emailed and also no response. Looks like the only way to get it done is to go down to the store again. If there is any IKEA staff here, please help to take action, or i think IKEA is no longer trying to do business here in Malaysia.
I bought BESTA set furniture and the items in the packaging is incomplete. I had to come to IKEA once again to replace which wasted lot of time and enegy. Should this happened in a new packaging. Unbelievable. Moreover the Ikea Malaysia staffs are not user friendly esp those working at store. There is huge lack of staffs at store. Next when customer couldn't find the product the staffs looking at computer and explained. That's all. Would this helps the customer. Worst nightmare shopping with IKEA.

I visited Ikea in the mid of October 2014 and actually i am facing problem on my temporary member card, which is already expired. So, i went to customer service counter and i was attended by Aziera. She not even smiled at the moment. I started to walk to the counter. May be so disappointed to see that i am not a mat salleh. I asked about the problem that i faced and immediately asked to go to kiosk and retrieve my data without explain any details. My home delivery is HD 1515957. Yesterday (20th of October 2014), your home delivery guys came to assemble a cupboard, but could not finish the job due to some of the bold/nuts required to install sliding door were not included in the package they collect. I called IKEA service center at 10:19am (21st of October 2014) to inquire about the arrangement for your staff to finish the job tomorrow (22nd of October 2014), and spoke to cik ida and she promised to call back within 15 minutes. It is already 50 minutes and there is no return call to confirm my requested appointment. Is that how your customer service handles customer's request and the issue was due to IKEA's mistake and not customer's fault. Hence, it's inevitable that IKEA should take action to rectify the mistake immediately based on customer's convenience rather than expect the customer to fit into ikea's schedule i. E. At any cost/inconvenience, IKEA must provide extra resources to handle this problem on an ad hoc basis. Disappointed customer.
