Indus College of Nursing – Hissar is approved by Indian Nursing Council(INC), New Delhi. Indus College of Nursing on directing its activities to render basic health care and nursing care to the rule community where higher category of health personnel hesitates to function. The institute aims to provide its trainees maximum exposure to the rural environment to acclimatise them to work in the rural community more efficiently. The college offers B Sc Nursing.

The rooms are well ventilated with proper lighting system, built-in and portable black/green boards, equipped with Slide Projector, Overhead projector, Computers, and television with CD, DVD player & LCD Projector. Indus College of Nursing – Hissar has a well stocked Library with adequate sitting arrangement. Sufficient number of Journals, Magazines of International and National Standards are available in the library.
Indus College of Nursing – Hissar has an air-conditioned Computer Lab for student. The lab holds many personal computers & 1 powerful server. Students may use the lab to do project work or research, generate print output, and to practice using software applications commonly found in the workplace. A internet connection is also available in Computer Lab. A lab monitor is available to assist students with computer related issues.
The objective of Indus College of Nursing – Hissar is to facilitate all round development of the students. To enable the students to live a healthy and stress free life the college from its very inception has taken efforts to build sports facilities. Currently the college has a volleyball court and indoor facilities for table- tennis.
