Institution of Secondary Distance Education - ISDE Harda is run under of the DR. B R Ambedkar Royal Society of Health and Education - established and registered under the constitutional provisions of India, S.R. Act -1973. On fulfillment of provision of the constitution of India 1950, the ISDE is serving the people of the nation in the field of education and social development. The NGO is registered with Govt. of India IVO No.mp/2012/50522 It provides management courses through distance mode. ISDE have over any specializations in management courses to choose from. DR. B R Ambedkar Royal Society of Health and Education is an NGO working its way to reaching towards people in the most distant corners of not only India but world by providing Correspondence (distance mode) courses in management field & technology, specially designed courses for working professionals; from Certificate / Diploma level. ISDE - has never received any grant - in - Aid either from the Government or from the UGC, so far. Therefore UGC act is not applicable on the ISDE. Viewed at from the fulfillment of provision of the articles 14, 19, 21, 29, 30, 45, 46, 344, 351, of the Indian Constitutions Article 1950, ISDE is a matter of appreciation. Under the new education policy 1986, the Government of India laid particular stress on Open Universities and Distance Education. ISDE are getting necessary direction and full co-operation from educationists, professors and social workers of the country. According to Govt. of India National Educational Policy 1986 ISDE is becoming one of the best institutions for spreading open and distance education under open education system.
Institution of Secondary Distance Education - ISDE Harda was legally established by DR. B R Ambedkar Royal Society of Health and Education (Registered as 11478 by Govt. of M.P, India.) The Institution has clear vision and aims at imparting education and providing an opportunity to the school drop outs and to such students who are otherwise busy in their own life style and could not have an opportunity to attend regular schooling at their tender age but having a desire to learn to be educated at least to the level of Secondary and Senior Secondary Education. The idea and concept of providing an opportunity to them is to make learn the education at least to the level of Secondary and Senior Secondary, which is very much essential to stand in the developing society and deal in the better way in the respective fields of works, business and professions in which they are already engaged by learning English, Mathematics, General Science, Social Studies, National Language, which are much helpful to them. The efforts of this Institution is also to impart education so has to enable the students to feel educated and to avail the job opportunities in private sectors who ever recognize our efforts and the ability of the students. In accordance with National Education Policy (1986) of Govt. of India this Institution aims to impart education to those who are unable to come out their busy schedules and unable to attend the regular classes, by way of correspondence learning. This Institution provides education to desired students in Management & Technical, Para-Medical and also Secondary, Senior Secondary courses with English and Hindi as medium of instructions and it also refers books on all selected subjects and provides study material in respect of the said courses. Generally every student asks the question what is the constitutionally and reliability of ISDE certification or what short of service or where admission can be obtained by student passing out from ISDE The only answer to all such questions is that all educational Boards / Universities are Autonomous bodies run under the aegis of a trust or society. It is left to the discretion of University whether to go in for UGC approved norms of education or not (take an example of DTE). In this way every state Government is at liberty whether to provide service to a person who has passed out from a particular University or educational Board or not? ISDE is one of the leading educational institutions of the country and its courses are similar to the courses offered by various universities and educational boards.
