I need my money refunded for a sofa I purchased on 09/24/18. The receipt indicated it would be delivered 09/28/18. The salesperson said I would be notified of the delivery time the day before. I saw an email that said the delivery window would be b/w 11:45 and 3:45. I didn't confirm the apptmt. I called three times to indicate that the window would not work for me. Left three messages. No response via email or phone. Why were they attempting a delivery that morning? I didn't know they had attempted a delivery until I left work. I called the following morning to re-schedule. A young woman assured me she would call me back in 5-10. three days and no call. Just got off the phone with the sales rep who was so rude I've decided I no longer want to do business with Jennifer at all. Please refund all my money as soon as possible. ($772. 99) Reference number ULC 19935S.

I recently washed my slipcover)Linda Collection) and I am extremely disappointed. This is the first time I have washed it and all of the piping turned an awful off white yellowish color. I have tried to rewash and still the same. I followed the directions and washed everything appropriately. Trying to get in touch with the store, but no one is picking up. My order number is NYB 3447. The coffee table delivered is damaged. The legs in the bottom are discolored unevenly and there are a few scratches on the table. I am trying to have someone either fix or replace the table. We purchase a leather sofa, loveseat and chair a couple of year ago with a protection plan. We were told we had purchase REAL leather furniture. Its turns out the furniture is not real leather because it is peeling and the base is cotton. We we paid over $3, 000 and we got fake leather. Please advise as to what steps will be taken to rectify the matter. If not we will take legal acton.

I have trying to get a full refund for furniture that was returned in December 2014. My order number is 16793. I paid $1475. 26. I received 440. 97 refund in January 2015 and $517. 15 in February 2105. I am still owed $517. 14. I am totally disgusted with how Jennifer Convertible has handled this situation. I have been trying to get the rest of my money for months and have not had any help from the store which I bought the furniture from or from the 800 customer care phone number. I am a first time buyer of jennifer Convertibles, but let me say it started out all fine. I was told that my order would take four weeks for delivery, but that it would be there on the date. Well as it got closer I had no confirmation call so I began to ring the store I bought the set in. They didn't pick up their phone, three days of calling and no answer. Day of delivery, I keep calling and finally get through to a young man who says, hmmmm i do not see you on the delivery list for toady! Now he tells me one of the pieces has been recalled, and so the whole set can not be delivered! Angry
