Yesterday, around 10:30 am to 11:30am. My wife and I would like to dine at Jolibee Store in Jolibee Sto Nino, Mintal, Davao City. My wife fell and sufferred injury and bruises on her left knee because the crew did not put an early warning sign for wet floor. When she fell the crew just stare at her without even asking if she is ok. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE I hastly run and almost slip to the wet floor to assist my wife. Nobody even assisted, and one crew even blamed my wife that she run that's why she fell. I saw my wife she did not run, the floor was slippery without any sign. I wrote this to complain about the Occupational Safety and Health Standard to please check the store, let the manager knew about this as I will escalate this complaints if we do not receive any reply or apology letter to nonaaquino216@gmail.com.

Pagdating ko dito sa bahay, walang rice ang chicken ko. Naalala ko may kasama ng rice ang order ko pero tinanggal ng cashier, hindi ako nagreact dahil akala ko nadoble ng lagay. Kaya nga ako nagorder para hindi na ako magluto and at same time pagod na din ako galing work, tapos akala ko kakain na lng ako pero kulang pala ang order ko. Oo, rice lang ang kulang sa order ko. Maliit na amount lang ang napurchase ko, so ganun lang ang dapat na customer service na ibinigay sa akin. I need feedback.

Jollibee Ho Chi Minh is just incompetent when it comes to delivery service. 30-40 minutes became an hour and ten minutes. Also, the food was cold and the beverages have ice melted so it tasted like water. The management didn't even apologized for what happened. No nothing. Sort that out.

Feeling the urge to relieve myself, I went to the third floor to look for the comfort room only to find that it is not operational. Also, in my previous dining in this Jollibee branch, I also learned that they do not provide free newspapers to customers having their breakfast. My name is Frankie. I visited Jollibee Sariaya, Quezon branch a few minutes ago. I think I ordered and paid for two buckets (8pcs/bucket) of chicken. I was informed that only leg parts were available at that moment, I am in a hurry so I am OK with that. But I still waited for at least five minutes and my waiting number is 21. We were sitting inside the store for about 30 minutes he was staring to us like he like to drag as outside for staying too long. The reason we were there we have to meet some friends and we were planning to eat together, but the STUPID SECURITY GUARD (sorry for the term) act violently beside us. He drag the table and chairs and looked us like evil. So we decided to go somewhere else. We left a cup from other store and he says "YUNG KALAT NYO ITAPON NYO TAMBAY TAMBAY KAYO DIYAN". RUDE SECURITY GUARD he doesn't deserve to be at any jollibee store he doesn't even know how to please and to be kind for jollibee customers. I really love jollibee and that was my first time to be treated that way. I even have a happy plus card because I really love foods at jollibee. And also I eat three times a day every dinner at that jollibee branch.
