I believe someone is having a shopping spree free on me. I received an email this morning of a charge made on my charge card, yet I haven't made any purchases with Kohls since last year. I'm not sure if this is a mistake or if someone has been able to get my account information. I will be calling Customer Service today as I'd prefer to speak to someone, but having had to go through all those automated voice prompts, I felt that I should send in a email just in case I can not get through right away. Waited 20-some minutes to speak with someone, but got tired of waiting for someone to answer their phone. I wanted this wagon for a birthday present. But, you chose to cancel my order. I am very, very unhappy with your company. I even had to reset my password, which made me even more unsatisfied.
