I was on the 11:35 am LIRR train to Huntington today, when the train got to my stop- Kings Park- the man controlling the doors didn't leave the doors open long enough and I wasn't able to exit the train and had to ride the train an extra stop When I addressed this with the man he actually had the nerve to say to me "you must not have been paying attention" "because a ton of people got off at the stop". I told him, "I've never ever had this happen, EVER" and "I DID Pay attention" So, as a result, I had to pay for a taxi to take me back to my car at Kings Park train station Costing me $12. 30 I feel I should be compensated monetarily and that door person should be reprimanded for his arrogant behavior What ever happened to "the customer is always right?" I'd like to know how the LIRR is going to remedy this horrible situation I had that cost me extra money that I shouldn't have had to incur. Thank you, Ms. Donna M. Leonick .

LIRR Mail and Ride After many years of monthly transactions on the mail and ride website, I am no longer able to access the web site to make my April payment. I have tried three operating systems: Safari, Explorer and Firefox without success. Cannot get page to input Account number and Pin. Can get page requesting email and ID, but it will not accept my information. How can I transfer my Transit check funds to my MTA account? Payment is due this Friday on account
