I ordered five items from Leons in Red deer. Upon receiving the items four were not good. The couch which has a electrical docking station started smoking which was of great concern because we usually plug our items in and go to bed, but good thing we didn't do that as we would have had a huge fire and there would have been a bigger issue.

I was just dealing with a store for the past four hrs as I am terminally ill and was hard to get out so I was very clear on what I was looking for and what I wanted based on flyer till Feb 21 2018. I repeated myself three times to representative to be clear on what was pricing along with what I needed she said she would have to get back to me on price and when she did the price was 872. 50 different price of 1045. 00 and that she made a mistake. Called Manager and was shut down by him very quickly not to mention I just tried to call back there and they hung up on me. What Is that the way a customer gets treated by you's and I would appreciate someone getting back to me at your earliest convenience thanks. Sincerely disappointed loyal customer.

I did not finish my complaint, so I am submitting it again. I ordered a reclining love seat and chair. I received the love seat, but I called the shop and was told that it would be another EIGHT (8) weeks for delivery. That is unreasonable. I did not wait eight weeks to pay, so please send my chair. I am sure there are other shops in the area. Does the BBC know of this practice? I am dissatisfied.

Our furniture was delivered on Saturday Dec 2nd that was purchased at Leons in Mississauga. We had purchased a dining room set and a coffee table with two side tables. Every piece of furniture is damaged. The chairs for the dining room have ripped cushions and nails sticking out from underneath. The dining table is missing screws on the extension and the coffee table set has the top broken on all three pieces. I've been calling the customer service department and they just keep telling me that a work order has been submitted and a technician will be calling me. Well we are into the 4th day after delivery with about four or five work orders submitted and no one has called me. I have spoken with Arifa, Symia, Diksha and Jessica with absolutely no help what so ever. I am extreamly frustrated and need help getting this resolved. I can be reached on 647-244-7270.

I am so upset with the quality of your overpriced appliances. I have had issues with my new frigid air dish washer four times and they had to come a fix it then twice with my fridge. Each time I have to take time off work so I and up loosing $200 in wages. Now a few weeks after they fixed my fridge there is water dripping on my new kitchen floor I just put in and it's now ruined. What the hell am I supposed to do now. I paid a lot of money for this Micky mouse junk. And Leon's needs to make this right.

Hi my name is Laudi Abou Saba, on July six I bought a chair recline, they delivery for me to my apartment the service not good and others thing the chair is two pieces I got surprise the sales person doesnt tell me. Anyway I went to the store on July seven 2017 I talk to the sale person and I told him that I did not know is two pieces and not comfortable because I have rheumatoid arthiritis what ever so I ask if I can exchange to Sofa. We discuss doesnt work even with manager sorry he was rude. Short story they charge me 25 per cent which this is not nice and the sofa cost more than chair I got nervous I cry is out of my hand I am Old lady 64 yrs. Purchased three appliances on Sept 25, told after numerous unreturned calls, the fridge and stove would arrive on October 6, stove Oct 11. The first two appliances arrivedend of October, never received the stove, apparently its backordered, almost two months, I'm making a second payment on this. Today I'm told"stove may arrive Nov 15, we're to busy to deliver it until sometime next week, if it arrives", "customer service" lady is rude and insisted I go get my bill of proving what day I bought them. When I asked to speak with the manager she snipped "I just spoke to them for you"she then proceeded to tell me there would be $180 in charges to take old appliances away, to change the handle on the fridge, when I stated to her the sales person said "we'll deal with that"when I brought up the removal of the old appliances to the sales guy, when I told the"customer service"lady this she raised her voice and stated"Jeff has no authorization to have those appliances removed from free" 7057064313.
