On 4. 6. 18 I purchased a professional Adidas football cleats (model: X 17. one FG - core) to my 14. five years old son. After four weeks of moderate pre season use, the left shoe started to tear. I approached Adidas directly (via their online website), provided all required info in order for them to check the matter and compensate us. Adidas are now asking me to prove these shoes were indeed included in this purchase. As I do not have the original receipt, you are kindly requested to issue a formal copy of the receipt. This will allow me to continue working with Adidas on the issue and hopefully get it done as soon as possible. The exact charge was 186 pound and the credit card ends with the digits 5834.
