I really do not have a complaint, or maybe it is. I just got a package in the mail and when I ordered and received my machine and all the nice makeup with it. I DID NOT want any kits sent until I called and rejoined. Want to pay for the machine before I get anything and I do not use that much makeup so I do not need a kit sent until I order one. The makeup in the kit is well worth the price they charge. I have Walmart makeup by the truck loads because I have to mix them to get the right look and at 15. 00 each I have way more cost in that than Luminess Air. Please feel free to contact me.
