Hi goodmorning gusto k lng po sana sabihin na hindi po naging maganda ang service ng manginasal SM fairview nung nakita nmin and nag open and ang manginasal napasaya kmi at hnd and masasayang ang 1hour break nmin s layo ng mang insal smin dhl s annex p nga po yung unang branch dhl nag karon and ng manginasal s flr nmin natuwa nmn kmi kaya nung break nmin dun and kmi kumain ng mga kasama k kso nakaka dismaya lng po kc nag wait kmi ng halos 25mns bgo nmin nakuha ang take out dhl nga wala kmi maupuan kya s store and lng po kmi kumain kso kulang po yung order k kya try k po ulit umakyat para sbhin kulng po ang order wait po ulit kmi hlos 13minutes kng hnd kpa tinawag manager hnd pa km maaassist then ok and baba and kmi s store ngyari pagbaba nawala nmn yung lumpia and kasama ng order nmin so super inis and kmi ng ksma k dhl halos maubos and po yung oras nmin tpos dp kmi nakakakain e 1hour break lng kmi so hnd and po aq umakyat para kunin ang kulang kaya kumain and po kmi after nmn kumain ska po aq umakyat.

Customer service sucks We were already seated and suddenly a crew member shouted at us to transfer table. We complied while asking why. The crew answered in a disrespectful manner telling that someone had it reserved already. I argued that a crew has brought us there to sit. The disrespectful crew continue to rant " e nauna kasi sila nagsabi sa akin e" only to find out that he is referring to the customer at the end of the line. Naninigaw sya hanang kausap ko at lahat ng kumakain nakatingin na sa amin. We feel humiliated so we ended up cancelling our order and leave. The mmanagers, 3 of them, were there asking what happened nut never did a a thing. I found out, kaibigan ng crew yung pinaupo sa upuan namin. This is another form of discrimation that your company is very well known for.

Pdaw ulit kc hilaw p ung kanin tpos s three tanong 15mins and niloloko nyo b kame.hinahanap ko ung manager nyo pra irefund nlang ung binili nmin kaso wala eh asa loob ng kitchen. Nalipasan and kame ng gutom. Pero wala kaung manager and nka floor. 09208085218.

OMG. From isla to city para lang makapag manginasal, but unfortunately sa entrance pa lang nakaharang na one staff together with security guard to inform customers like us na PALABOk na lang ang meron sila????. My god, what happened here sa branch na to.they totally do not have stock. .
