I was having no problems until I bought and installed McAfee total protection. It slowed my system down to a crawl. I contacted their support and for an expensive fee he got my system up and running. A few days later, things started slowing down again. I did a fresh start and was a bit better then got much worse. System crashed. The same things happened with this company, years ago, on another PC and I swore I'd never use McAfee again and both were purchased at reputable electronic stores. Now that I dumped every file, scrubbed my drives and installed the newest Windows 10. I have two McAfee installations floating around out there and I do not know how to contact a real person to get this straightened out. I was taking my less than 30 day McAfee back to the store and never should have let the rep talk me into spending more money.
