I called today july 4th and ask for assistance about the rates, the customer service rep was rude and she said that she could only be on line with me a minute. This is the first time that i have attempted to
use this service and i had questions that i needed answered.

2 hrs and 45 min's late and behind schedule and all I get from customer service is I do not know. My 11 yr old and myself are stuck in St Louis now bc we missed our train. Now we have to figure out what to do. No refund no voucher nothing from mega bus, but "I do not know what to tell you" and hung up on.
I was a passenger on Megabus DD704 from Nashville to Atlanta June 17, 2018. While I seated in the upper deck two women on their way to Orlando, Florida from Chicago disrespected to the entire upper deck. I complained to the driver and she said she would speak to the pair. However, when we left Chattanooga the two women continued to laugh out loud and use all kinds outlandish negative language Therewere children and senior citizens on the bus who should not have had to listen and be intimidated by those two women. 96-7880-061718-M9R
I am not sure what your policy is for responding to disrespectful passenger. However, if you do not have one, I would suggest creating one. One Auburn University student stated he would be calling also because he was very uncomfortable in the negative environment. Thank you. Vivian G. Harris.

At this moment (June 7, 4:55pm, CST), I am on a bus going from Austin, TX to Dallas, TX. The AC IS NOT WORKING. The driver has not made any announcements. He pulled over to the side of the highway for about three minutes with no explanation. It is about 100F outside. This is unacceptable - I do not care how cheap your fares are. On September 18, 2017, taking bus from Washington d. C. To Philadelphia, pa at 12:55 pm. Received excellent care from employee "James". African American gentleman, age range of 22-30. Very helpful and supportive. Having used Megabus in the past with no problems, but wanted to make a special mention of the professional care given by James.
We are on bus DD465 6:10 to philly from New York. There is stench on the bus, I think coming from the bathroom. We noticed this 1/2 hour into tge trip. Totally unacceptable Goodbye Megabus. Never again.

I have been a Megabus fan whenever I need to travel to St Louis. The Bus drivers were professional, courteous, patient, and service oriented. However, perhaps because I was going to a dear friend's son's funeral, I ended up mistakenly booking an extra trip. Actually what happened was that the return trip did not show up, so I waited till next day, but I still couldn't find it. It appeared to me that there was a delay in the transmission. I had to get back, so booked it again, which then showed up. I called a number that driver gave me, and a lady said, I should have read the fine print. I am on Social Security, which makes it imperative for me to budget. Can you help?.

Hi, while i was buying a bus ticket(actually four bus ticket at once), there was a mistake like an error 500 that is about server issue of the website (i think so becasue i have been experiencing this problem since this morning (13/7). And although my money was taken from my bank account, there was no ticket in my account on website and i didn't get any mail as well about it. The price of the tickets was about $46. What should i do. Should i buy new tickets or that was okay. Or if it is a problem, how can i get my money back. I need answer fast because ticket prices are rising. I am from turkey so did not take any american card to use in phone calls and i do not have chamce to speak. Can yoou reach via my email. I am waiting for your answer.
