I just received my Mixbook Order 2976528, ordered on 10/15/18. It is a poster print w/black frame. The poster print looks good, however the frame is broken at the bottom. I would accept either of two options: 1)a new frame and I would reframe the print myself. 2) You could credit the difference in the price for just the photo print versus the framed print as well as any difference in shipping costs. I have been a customer for several years and plan to continue ordering. I will be ordering calendars in November/early December and more photo books in January of 2019. Inside my shipped package was a card w/info-Mixbook_2927785:26086003 Batch: 146301. My phone's are 240-418-0879 and 301-972-3816. Gloria Winter .

My order 1901956 was sent 2-day ground. I received an email on Friday, 12/18 that it was shipped. The USPS tracking is 9405510200828851561213. Tracking says it arrived at the Seattle USPS Origin facility at 11:04 am. Expected delivery was Monday 12/21. I STILL have not received my order and the tracking is not updating at all, to show it's even arrived in the Minneapolis/Twin Cities MN area. This order is three books that are Christmas gifts - I'm afraid the order is lost and I wont receive it in time. Can you please help locate the package so I get it on time?.

A message, spoken far too quickly. And I asked for a return call within an hour. If you have a problem and cannot complete your project in a timely period it deletes the monetary savings offer. If you are waiting for a call back to resolve your problem it is unreasonable to expect your customer to be available all day waiting for a call. I really do need to resolve this today. Thank you.
